Santa has brought presents for Dorothy (a Christmas tutu) and some keys for Captain Feathersword. Santa explains that the keys are for Captain to shake to make the sound of the bells on his sleigh and then they sing Jingle Bells. Dorothy puts on her tutu and asks everyone to Sing with Me and then Elfis returns for his special song that he dedicates to Santa, Rockin Santa! The Christmas party is in full swing and all of Dorothy's friends have joined her to celebrate with Santa Claus and some of his special elves!
